For this project, I collaborated with Porter’s Management Group (PMG) on a complete website redesign to better showcase their expertise in business transformation. The previous site didn’t fully capture the scope of their services or the depth of their industry knowledge. By focusing on strategic design and creating a more intuitive user experience, the new website reflects PMG’s commitment to driving sustainable business success while offering a clear and engaging presentation of their services.

To accompany the wesbite refresh, a new version of the logo was needed, the older version had contrast and visibility issues.

With a focus on mobile usability, I designed PMG’s responsive website to perform seamlessly on any screen size, delivering smooth navigation and easy access to content on smartphones and tablets. This mobile-friendly approach underscores PMG’s commitment to meeting clients’ needs in an increasingly mobile-first world
CUSTOM CODE SOLUTIONS
The website features many custom coding solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enhancing functionality and performance. Notably, the dynamic calculator titled Solutions Assessement Tool provides an interactive way for users to explore PMG’s services.
